The TurnKey FCS is our new external fixator for treating acute fracture dislocations of the PIP joints of the fingers. Based on the Force Couple Splint technique published by Dr. Agee over 30 years ago, this new device comes in a complete, "turnkey" kit that includes a pin placement guide to assist in precise bone pin placement. Utilizing only two bone pins, the drill guide and the device allow for complete visualization of the fracture both during surgery and the healing process. Depending on the severity of the injury, a reasonable arc of active range of motion should be possible during fracture healing. [more info]

Developed to reverse severe PIP flexion contractures, the Digit Widget utilizes the principle that an extension torque applied over time will result in the lengthening of shortened palmar tissues. Because the extension torque is applied to the contracted skin through the skeleton instead of the skin, it is better tolerated and more effective than conventional splints or serial plaster casts. The pins are installed dorsally so the device can easily be used on more than one finger with minimal restriction of hand function. [more info]

The WristJack External Fixation System for distal radius fractures allows incremental adjustment of palmar tilt, radial inclination, length and rotation. The unique wrist lock enables the surgeon to place the wrist into extension without losing fracture reduction. Post-op adjustments and removal are easily performed in the surgeon’s office. Priced competitively and sold in a complete sterile package, the WristJack saves the hospital and surgeon valuable OR time. [more info]
